Capture your Rock a Field
Startin‘ by BGL BNP Paribas asked us to develop an innovative online campaign promoting the Rock-A-Field as well as Startin’s sponsoring of this unmissable festival for music fans both from Luxembourg and from beyond. We came up with the idea of a competition we called ‘Capture your Rock a Field’.
First, a couple of weeks before the RAF 2014 people on Facebook were given the opportunity to make creative short clips or photos showing how they imagine this year‘s RAF and what they expect it to be like.
Participants had to post their videos and pictures on the Startin‘ fanpage and then tag some friends in order to achieve a viral effect. In two and a half weeks, almost 30 creative posts recieved more than 1000 ‘likes’! Winners were the video collecting most ‘likes’ as well as a jury selection and the prizes consisted of exclusive VIP Packages and tickets for this year’s edition of the RAF.
Second, for the RAF itself we suggested a corresponding ‘Capture your real Rock a Field’ campaign. Attendees of the RAF were handed a GoPro camera by Startin’, with which they could then capture the real RAF Experience and win no less than a Skydive for up to six people as well as many other prizes.
